DNS resolution issues.

We are experiencing DNS resolution issues at the hosting facility where our dedicated servers are located. Their network administrators are working to get this matter resolved as soon as possible. We are aware that this has caused problems with users being able to upgrade to the site. We will have the upgrade section offline until these issues are resolved.
All other areas of the site are online and operational. We will post more once this problem has been fixed.
