I'm sure a moderator will be along sooner or later to tidy this thread up, but in the meantime there's no point berating anyone.

Anyone posting a casting would usually wait and see the response here (and elsewhere) before deciding whether to shoot with any of the interested parties.

Even if the OP has made a decision then Alice's words above are pretty much on the button.

Does a rant (especially on someone's looking for work thread) make people more likely to want to work with anyone or less likely?
