So five models dropped out, it rained and then it rained some more..

I can only echo what SarahJane says, Great location + Great models = Great Shoot. Plenty of indoor and sheltered locations to be used when dodging showers or if it got really bad back for tea and fantastic home-made cakes.
An excellent job done Dave, don't forget to include me on the next one

As others have said the rain did not matter with so many indoor locations to work in.

Thanks so much to David for organising such a brilliant shoot at such an amazing location. Thanks also to Harriet and team for the cups of tea which were very much appreciated. As others have said... when everything else is wonderful, the rain doesnt matter.

It was a pity that my hired battery pack for my studio lights was creating difficulties which meant that Francesca and I had so few shots together. Thanks Francesca.

On to Amy Tall whose striking elegant red gown provided such a contrast to the workshop.

Thanks to Amy for the indoors shots and for defying the rain to get to the big beam engine: at least she was in the dry for the shots there but sometimes one has to suffer for ones hobby . Still there was always the fire to provide some welcome warmth.

And my final model with whom I had the good fortune to spend the whole afternoon: Sarah Jane

I loved the scullery: tiny room but a wealth of history and detail.

The window provided a nice spot to experiment with art nude lighting

I said to Sarah Jane before hand that my shots frequently have minimalistic clothing so she didn't pack much Thanks Sarah you are a star: I could post loads more pictures of you but I'll let the other photographers show some of the other locations.
