For anyone who is not on dancecard system just a quick bit of info

We ask that you are at the venue for a brief chat about the do's & donts of the day at 9.30am.

Shoot times can then commence afterwards - dancecards start at 10am then lunch is scheduled 2pm but you are obviously not restricted to this if working with own model or should anyone on dancecard choose to shoot throughout lunch that is also fine.

The last shoot of the day is 5pm with it finishing at 5.45pm.

Sorry folks but unfortunately Mick, the Burger van will no longer be able to join us Sunday due to theft/vandalism to his van this week. So please ensure you bring drinks & food for the day as there are no shops in the immediate area.

Sunday 7th October 2012 return to the English garden shoot


Following the huge success of these shoots run by Pam and her team they have kindly introduced us to take over the reigns

So we are looking to host an autumn shoot at this fantastic venue and with places limited we will be gathering interest and photographers places will be allocated as confirmed upon receipt of payment which will be £45 per photographer.

No refunds can be given unless sufficient notice given and a replacement can be found.

Photographers are welcome to bring their own models but we ask for confirmation that they intend to do so we know how many models are required and which photographers require to work within a dance card system.

Re: the dance card system do you wish to keep it to a 45 minute time slot or would you prefer longer, this of course means you will have less number of time slots and therefore less number of models to shoot on the day. We will take this on a majority vote.

Well ONLY 2 Days to go

Have confirmed there is a kettle available for use should anyone wish to bring tea,coffee,cups,spoons etc to make a hot drink BUT you must ensure you are respectful of the models getting ready and not just walk in and out to access the kettle PLUS you will be expected to ensure you keep the area clean and do not leave a mess behind

well folks hope you are all busy getting your stuff ready for tomoro Look forward to seeing you all there for what we are sure will be a fabulous day

Just a warning you may wish to bring some extra pennies as Pam Hughes will be bringing along some items for sale plus we have 3 medieval dresses also for sale

To all the models I worked with on the day. I would ask that you please bear with me for your images if they are a little late. And if I don't post any on here for a while. My mother has had a fall and is seriously ill so I am spending as much time as possible at the hospital. I will get the editing done as soon as I can but everything depends on how things go.
