MY CONDITIONS FOR TFP SHOOTS
-1- Chaperones are fine - you are responsible for their conduct at all times. I don't expect them to interfere in ANY way. I MAY permit them to be in the studio, but I can ask them to leave the shooting area at ANY time. If they interfere the shoot is over.
-2- Don't expect CD/prints immediately after the shoot, or with ALL the shots on. I take pride in producing quality images, not just banging out OK shots. If I don't like shots I delete them. That might mean you get 3 it might mean 10. This is at MY discretion.
-3- Photo ID is required if you are under 20. If you are under 18 you MUST be accompanied by parent/guardian.
-4- You must sign a release form if you want to use images for your portfolio. Permission MUST be agreed for commercial use, and you are not permitted to manipulate the images in ANY way, not even for posting, without my consent.
-5- Don't just expect me to make you look good - you have to work at it as well. If there are specific images that you want from the shoot, say so - I'm happy to work with your ideas. Bring make-up!
-6- You will have my contact details - I need yours, and have your phone switched on in case of emergencies. If you no-show or cancel unreasonably you will be liable for £30.
-7- TFP/CD is for the benefit of us both. I consider it to be a partnership in which we both come out with great pics. I treat TFP sessions with same professionalism I would a paid assignment, and hope you do likewise.
-8- I don't pay your travel- I don't ask you to pay mine.
If you don't like the terms - don't ask for a TF shoot. If you are happy with all of this - I look forward to working with you and creating some exciting images. |
