It all started with the school photographic club in 1963 and through ups and downs of enthusiasm has been my job, hobby and passion ever since.

My beginnings were a mixture of local and national press, then commercial studios, learning the theory at college.

In 1984 after 11 years working in various studios it was time to go it alone and has been ever since in the UK and abroad.

These days I keep my hand in with my former mainstay of advertising and PR photography but my personal work has turned toward people photography in a wide range of aspects.

You will see 1940s re-enactment to art nude to portraits, just whatever interests me. I retain my old commercial studio in the garden and use it as a playroom now to shoot just what I please.
