What other films could provide sources of inspiration?
There are a lot of women in prison films that feature women in tough situations, whether convincingly or otherwise. 99 Women, Scrubbers, Chained Heat, Caged Heat are a few of the better known ones.
There is also a subgenre of action and martial arts films with female leading characters and an erotic or sexual emphasis;

Golden Ninja Warrior is a re-dubbed and re-edited version of the Taiwanese crime/martial arts film Thunder Cat Woman with additional scenes inserted to give it a ninja theme, the result is as you would expect a confusing mess but with some effective sequences.
In Japan, the Ninja or Shinobi were primarily spies in the service of the various warring factions, they sometimes carried out assassinations and other special tasks. Women were sometimes trained in Ninjutsu, they could obtain information or infiltrate an enemy's base more easily in some situations.
Today the word ninja implies a martial arts practitioner but the nearest modern equivalent to the original ninja would be a special forces operator with an intelligence agency or armed service.

Roller Derby, primarily a contact sport for women is another possible source of picture ideas. The 1995 Tank Girl movie incorporates 1950s roller girl kitsch elements.

More restored WW2 German tanks here;

Whereas modern tanks have diesel engines or occasionally gas turbines, all WW2 German armoured vehicles ran on petrol as did most British and American ones at that time and in the immediate postwar period.
The Panther and the Konigstiger or Tiger II had the same 700bhp V12 engine which meant that at 65 tons the latter tank was underpowered.

What do roller derby skaters and tanks have in common? Numbers, sometimes names as well.

In an art nude or glamour nude photo shoot, featuring an armoured vehicle, the model or models would be the main subject. The vehicle would basically provide a backdrop and something for the model to pose on. I think this approach would probably be more successful in practice than trying to achieve a completely realistic effect, which would probably require a lot of acting skill as well as lengthy preparation.
Women as we know, sometimes operate tanks in military service but incorporating a glamour element while maintaining an element of realism would be quite challenging and it would be easy to fall into stylistic clichés.
