It all started with the school photographic club in 1963 and through ups and downs of enthusiasm has been my job, hobby and passion ever since.
Started in local and national press, then commercial studios and learnt the theory at college.
In 1984, after 11 years working in various studios it was time to go it alone and has been ever since, in the UK and abroad.
After 50 years as a career photographer, I keep my hand in with my former mainstay of advertising and PR photography but my personal work has turned toward people photography in a wide range of aspects.
You will see 1940s re-enactment to art nude to portraits, just whatever interests me. I retain my old commercial studio in the garden and use it as a playroom now to shoot just what I please.
If you would like to work or test with me, please drop me a line. Please note that I am happy to test on a fee-less basis but I am rarely in a position to hire models.
Enjoy your photography and modelling.

I have a big interest in character/narrative styles. Don't do many shoots but shoot 1940s, portrait and a little glamour and nude.
Models' levels are always respected.
Will work with U18 models, provided I have spoken to a parent first and they are accompanied by an approved adult.
Chaperones, drivers, assistants etc: Only accepted by prior negotiation.
Time For work: I am happy to do TF work, please ask for details and T&Cs.
